Terms of Service

LadderLocal provides done-for-you Google Business Profile management and review generation. We act as a manager on your Google Business Profile and create content, request reviews from your genuine customers, and report on performance.

The service is billed at $400/mo on a recurring, month-to-month basis through Stripe. There is no long-term contract; you may cancel at any time and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree to grant the access we need to manage your profile, to provide accurate business information, and to only send us contact details for genuine customers who have completed work with you and who reasonably expect to hear from your business.

We follow Google's policies and applicable law. We never create fake reviews, never offer incentives for reviews, and never selectively suppress negative reviews ("review gating"). You agree not to ask us to do any of these.

We work to improve your Google presence and report measurable changes, but search rankings, review volume, and call activity depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead counts, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LadderLocal LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
